Clients must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using our services.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Service Scope
Empires Boost provides high-quality digital services tailored to client requirements. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon during the order process and may vary based on project complexity.

3.2 Service Delivery

  • All services are delivered according to the specifications agreed in the project proposal.
  • Timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees, and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.3 Client Cooperation
Clients must provide complete, accurate, and timely information to facilitate smooth service delivery. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are the responsibility of the client.

3.4 Changes and Modifications
Any request for additional work, modifications, or changes after order confirmation may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing
All service fees are communicated before order confirmation and are binding once the order is confirmed. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.

4.2 Payment Methods
Clients can make payments via approved channels provided by Empires Boost. Payments must be completed before service delivery unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Digital services are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Duplicate payments may be refunded after verification.
  • Refund requests must be sent to refund@demo.empiresboost.com.

4.4 Late Payments
Failure to make payments on time may result in service suspension until payment is received. Empires Boost reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Before Order Confirmation
Orders may be canceled before the order confirmation message is delivered by contacting support at support@demo.empiresboost.com or info@demo.empiresboost.com.

5.2 After Order Confirmation
Once the order confirmation message is sent, cancellations are not permitted. Work allocation and resources are immediately assigned to your project.

5.3 Digital Services
All digital products and services, including campaigns, websites, and consultancy sessions, are non-refundable once initiated.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership Before Payment
All work created by Empires Boost remains the property of the company until full payment is received.

6.2 Transfer of Ownership
Upon full payment, the ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as per the service agreement.

6.3 Client Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that content provided (images, text, logos) does not violate third-party rights. Empires Boost is not liable for copyright infringements from client-provided content.

6.4 Portfolio Use
Empires Boost may showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. User Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities
Clients must not:

  • Use services for illegal or unethical purposes
  • Upload harmful, malicious, or unauthorized content
  • Violate any intellectual property or copyright laws

7.2 Service Suspension
Empires Boost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if clients violate these Terms and Conditions.

8. Confidentiality

Empires Boost ensures client information and project details remain confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information without written consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” and Empires Boost does not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.
  • Empires Boost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes are governed by Indian law.
  • Clients and Empires Boost will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
  • If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Delhi, India.

11. Data Privacy and Security

  • Empires Boost complies with applicable data protection laws in India.
  • Client data is collected and used solely for service delivery purposes.
  • Digital communication and transaction details are secured using industry-standard encryption protocols.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any other applicable statutes.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empires Boost, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

15. Force Majeure

Empires Boost will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or legal restrictions.
